It’s important to put some context to your headline. This isn’t “10 years since Steve Jobs released the iphone on the world stage”. This is 10 years since an anonymous person sent a whitepaper to some people on an obscure mailing list — remaining mostly misunderstood (even by developers) for many years, ignored, or seen as a straight up ponzi/scam, and only gaining anything close to a semblance of serious after-thought from the finance world in the last 2–3.
That said, I think this is still a great article even if I disagree with a few of your points. Some perspective is needed in times of euphoria and the “real world” is something dreamers sometimes lose track of. Thank you.
